Ingredients:

31/2 cup of all purpose flour

1/2 cup of wheat flour

4 tea spoons of active yeast

1 1/2 tea spoons of salt

2 cups of lukewarm water

Preparations:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl, until they are all mixed together; you should have a very soft dough.

2. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and leave it in room temperature for 18 hours.

3.  If you prepare it at around 3:00PM, the dough should be ready to bake by 9:00AM the next day. Form the dough into the shape you like, and let it stand for another hour or two.

4. Prepare the oven at 375 degree, and bake it for about half an hour or until it golden brown. Make sure to put a pan of water inside the oven so it has enough moisture during baking, you can also spray a water into the oven every 10 minutes of baking, so the bread will come out very crispy crust on the outside.
